Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the product is physically damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery.
  • Photographic or video evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  1. Wrong Product Delivered
  • If you receive a different item than what was ordered (SKU mismatch).
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Quality Concerns (Upon Delivery)
  • If the item is found to be stale, contaminated, or non-consumable, backed by proper proof and verification by our team.

Non-Returnable Scenarios

askbasket™ reserves the right to reject returns under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind, taste preferences, or personal dislikes.
  • Opened or used product packaging.
  • Items returned without original packaging, seals, or batch labels.
  • Return request initiated after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns made without a valid complaint.
  • Bulk, B2B, or Export orders — returns not permitted unless damaged.

Return Process (If Eligible)

  1. Email us at official@askbasket.in within 24 hours of delivery with:
  • Order ID
  • Unboxing photo/video proof
  • Reason for return
  1. Our team will verify and validate your request within 48 hours.
  2. If approved:
  • You may receive a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on stock availability and management decision.
  • Pickup will be arranged if applicable; customers must ensure the item is packed safely.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or as a store credit.
  • COD refunds will be issued through UPI, NEFT, or wallet transfer upon bank verification.

Important Notes

  • askbasket™ reserves the right to deny repeat return requests from customers with a history of misuse.
  • Any false claim, fraudulent activity, or manipulation may result in account deactivation and legal action.
  • All products are batch-tested and FSSAI certified. We maintain strict quality assurance procedures.
